Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days to process shipping. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, items lost, damaged or stolen during or after shipping. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

International Shipping & Duties

WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AT THIS TIME. We are not responsible for any tax or import duties. Once we ship to the address provided using the carrier chosen by customer, we are not responsible for any international delays.

Returns

We sincerely hope you are 100% satisfied with your order, but we are happy to accept most unused domestic returns within 10 days of the date your package was received. If not returned or shipped to return within the 10 days since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Policy:
• Most returns accepted within 10 days
• Items must be returned in original, unopened, unused, as-new condition
• Customer provides return shipping costs

Please be sure return does NOT require signature. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping items with a value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not  guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
